Sistemele principale de clasificare a grupelor sanguine sunt sistemul AB0 \u0219i sistemul Rh. \u00cen\u021belegerea acestor sisteme este esen\u021bial\u0103 \u00een medicin\u0103, \u00een special \u00een contextul transfuziei de s\u00e2nge \u0219i al compatibilit\u0103\u021bii materno-fetale \u00een timpul sarcinii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sistemul AB0<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Sistemul AB0, descoperit de Karl Landsteiner \u00een 1901, este bazat pe prezen\u021ba sau absen\u021ba a dou\u0103 antigene principale, A \u0219i B, pe suprafa\u021ba eritrocitelor. Astfel, exist\u0103 patru grupe sanguine principale:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Grupa A:<\/strong> Eritrocitele au antigenul A pe suprafa\u021b\u0103 \u0219i \u00een plasm\u0103 se afl\u0103 anticorpii anti-B.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Grupa B:<\/strong> Eritrocitele au antigenul B pe suprafa\u021b\u0103 \u0219i \u00een plasm\u0103 se afl\u0103 anticorpii anti-A.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Grupa AB:<\/strong> Eritrocitele au at\u00e2t antigenul A, c\u00e2t \u0219i antigenul B pe suprafa\u021b\u0103 \u0219i nu exist\u0103 anticorpi anti-A sau anti-B \u00een plasm\u0103. Aceast\u0103 grup\u0103 este cunoscut\u0103 ca fiind primitorul universal, deoarece poate primi s\u00e2nge de la toate celelalte grupe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Grupa 0:<\/strong> Eritrocitele nu au nici antigenul A, nici antigenul B pe suprafa\u021b\u0103, dar \u00een plasm\u0103 se afl\u0103 anticorpii anti-A \u0219i anti-B. Aceast\u0103 grup\u0103 este cunoscut\u0103 ca fiind donatorul universal, deoarece s\u00e2ngele s\u0103u poate fi donat tuturor celorlalte grupe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sistemul Rh<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Sistemul Rh este determinat de prezen\u021ba sau absen\u021ba antigenului D pe suprafa\u021ba eritrocitelor. Dac\u0103 antigenul D este prezent, s\u00e2ngele este considerat Rh pozitiv (Rh+); dac\u0103 antigenul D este absent, s\u00e2ngele este Rh negativ (Rh-). Compatibilitatea Rh este crucial\u0103 \u00een transfuzie \u0219i \u00een sarcin\u0103, deoarece un Rh negativ expus la Rh pozitiv poate dezvolta anticorpi \u00eempotriva antigenului D, ceea ce poate duce la reac\u021bii severe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Importan\u021ba Grupei Sanguine<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cunoa\u0219terea \u0219i determinarea corect\u0103 a grupelor sanguine \u0219i a factorului Rh este esen\u021bial\u0103 \u00een diverse domenii medicale. \u00cen transfuzia de s\u00e2nge, incompatibilitatea grupelor sanguine poate cauza reac\u021bii transfuzionale grave, care pot fi fatale. \u00cen contextul sarcinii, incompatibilitatea Rh \u00eentre mam\u0103 \u0219i f\u0103t poate duce la boala hemolitic\u0103 a nou-n\u0103scutului, o afec\u021biune sever\u0103 care necesit\u0103 interven\u021bie medical\u0103 prompt\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen concluzie, sistemele AB0 \u0219i Rh sunt fundamentale pentru practicile medicale moderne. Ele nu doar asigur\u0103 siguran\u021ba \u00een transfuzia de s\u00e2nge, dar joac\u0103 \u0219i un rol critic \u00een s\u0103n\u0103tatea maternal\u0103 \u0219i fetal\u0103.
