Prin aceast\u0103 func\u021bie esen\u021bial\u0103, sistemul respirator men\u021bine echilibrul necesar desf\u0103\u0219ur\u0103rii vie\u021bii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. C\u0103ile respiratorii superioare<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>a) Fosele nazale<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Structur\u0103:<\/strong> Sunt dou\u0103 cavit\u0103\u021bi situate \u00een interiorul nasului, separate printr-un sept nazal. Ele comunic\u0103 cu exteriorul prin n\u0103ri \u0219i cu faringele prin coane. Mucoasa nazal\u0103 este bogat\u0103 \u00een vase de s\u00e2nge \u0219i celule secretoare de mucus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rol:<\/strong> \u00cenc\u0103lzesc, filtreaz\u0103 \u0219i umidific\u0103 aerul inspirat. Firele de p\u0103r \u0219i mucusul re\u021bin praful \u0219i microbii.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>b) Faringele<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Structur\u0103:<\/strong> Tub musculo-membranos comun sistemului respirator \u0219i digestiv.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rol:<\/strong> Conduce aerul din fosele nazale spre laringe, fiind o zon\u0103 de trecere.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>c) Laringele<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Structur\u0103:<\/strong> Organ cartilaginos, \u00een interiorul c\u0103ruia se afl\u0103 corzile vocale. Este protejat de epiglot\u0103, care \u00eempiedic\u0103 p\u0103trunderea alimentelor \u00een c\u0103ile respiratorii.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rol:<\/strong> Asigur\u0103 trecerea aerului spre trahee \u0219i particip\u0103 la formarea sunetelor (func\u021bia de fonare).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. C\u0103ile respiratorii inferioare<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>a) Traheea<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Structur\u0103:<\/strong> Tub elastic de aproximativ 12 cm lungime, format din inele cartilaginoase incomplete, unite prin \u021besut fibros. Este tapetat\u0103 cu mucoas\u0103 ciliat\u0103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rol:<\/strong> Conduce aerul spre bronhii, iar cilii mucoasei elimin\u0103 impurit\u0103\u021bile prin mi\u0219c\u0103ri de \u201em\u0103turare\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>b) Bronhiile<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Structur\u0103:<\/strong> Traheea se bifurc\u0103 \u00een dou\u0103 bronhii principale (dreapt\u0103 \u0219i st\u00e2ng\u0103), care p\u0103trund \u00een pl\u0103m\u00e2ni. Acestea se ramific\u0103 \u00een bronhii secundare \u0219i ter\u021biare, form\u00e2nd arborele bron\u0219ic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rol:<\/strong> Distribuie aerul c\u0103tre toate regiunile pl\u0103m\u00e2nilor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>c) Bronhiolele<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Structur\u0103:<\/strong> Ramifica\u021bii fine ale bronhiilor, care nu mai au inele cartilaginoase, ci pere\u021bi sub\u021biri, elastici. Se termin\u0103 \u00een sacii alveolari.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rol:<\/strong> Asigur\u0103 leg\u0103tura dintre bronhii \u0219i alveolele pulmonare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Pl\u0103m\u00e2nii<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Structur\u0103:<\/strong> Sunt organe pereche, localizate \u00een cavitatea toracic\u0103, protejate de cutia toracic\u0103 \u0219i \u00eenvelite de pleur\u0103 (dou\u0103 foi\u021be: pleura visceral\u0103 \u0219i pleura parietal\u0103, \u00eentre care exist\u0103 lichid pleural).\n<ul>\n<li>Pl\u0103m\u00e2nul drept are trei lobi, iar pl\u0103m\u00e2nul st\u00e2ng are doi lobi (pentru a face loc inimii).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unit\u0103\u021bile func\u021bionale ale pl\u0103m\u00e2nului sunt <strong>alveolele pulmonare<\/strong>, mici vezicule cu pere\u021bi sub\u021biri, bogat vascularizate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rol:<\/strong> Reprezint\u0103 sediul schimbului de gaze. \u00cen alveole are loc trecerea oxigenului din aer \u00een s\u00e2nge \u0219i eliminarea dioxidului de carbon din s\u00e2nge \u00een aerul expirat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Mi\u0219c\u0103rile respiratorii<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Inspirul<\/strong>: aerul p\u0103trunde \u00een pl\u0103m\u00e2ni prin contrac\u021bia mu\u0219chilor intercostali \u0219i a diafragmei.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Expirul<\/strong>: aerul este eliminat prin relaxarea mu\u0219chilor toracici \u0219i revenirea cutiei toracice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.
